This notice explains how Pricing Culture, Inc. handles information associated with its website, professional subscriptions, report access, and service communications.

Information we collect
Pricing Culture may collect account details, verified email address, subscription status, report-access activity, device and session identifiers, support messages, and limited security information such as approximate location and IP address.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments. Pricing Culture receives customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information needed to provide access, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate subscribers, provide and secure report access, administer billing, send service messages, prevent abuse, improve the professional product, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Pricing Culture uses service providers including Amazon Web Services for hosting and identity, Stripe for billing, and Mailgun for transactional email. They process information for the services they provide under their own contractual and security obligations.
Sharing and sale
Pricing Culture does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
Retention
Account, subscription, security, and access records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect the report archive, resolve disputes, comply with financial and legal duties, and enforce agreements.
Security
Pricing Culture uses access controls, encrypted connections, private report storage, session controls, and audit records intended to protect subscriber information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Choices and requests
Subscribers can manage billing through the account portal, cancel renewal, revoke sessions, and request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting Pricing Culture. Some records may be retained where legally required.
